This is a dust jacket I designed based on a song by Gotye “Eyes Wide Open” that touches on the issues of global warming and how society blindly ignores its pressing issues. My goal with this dust jacket was to create the most fitting book cover for this song if it were really a novel. The Illustration represents an iris as well as trees decaying from the destruction of environmental damage.
